Peer into the sky through telescopes to see stars, constellations, bright planets, and a full moon. It is possible to see meteor showers and the International Space Station moving over the Coachella Valley. Face masks are required to look through telescopes.

Art on the main street

Art on Main Street at La Quinta will return from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 8.

More than 30 artists will be featured on Main Street in La Quinta, where viewers can view a variety of paintings, jewelry, mixed media, ceramics, photography and textiles. This outdoor art market is socially distanced and masks are mandatory.

24th Annual Concert Series

The 24th annual concert series returns to the desert, with hour-long concerts every week. The musical evenings benefit various philanthropic organizations – this week will benefit Guide Dogs of the Desert and feature Stevie Nicks tribute band Gypsy.

American Express Golf Tournament

The annual American Express tournament runs from Wednesday, January 19 through Sunday, January 23 at the PGA West La Quinta Country Club.

The annual American Express Tournament consists of four days of world-class golf at the PGA West La Quinta Country Club. This year there will be concerts by Maroon 5 on Friday January 21 and Brad Paisley on Saturday January 22.
