aterHEN will host an NFT exhibition featuring prominent Russian artists

The world of contemporary art NFT will be honored on the international digital platform alterHEN.artwhich will host what is believed to be one of the first NFT exhibitions to ever take place in Russia.

The Aksenov Family Foundation announced today that the NFT exhibition will be built on energy efficiency Tezos blockchain featuring key contemporary Russian artists, open for public viewing nearly a month from From Thursday February 10, 2022 to March 7, 2022.

Title A collectionit compiles a complex and multifaceted commentary on the variety of images that shape our understanding of the modern world.

Drawing on folklore, environmental and social justice, but also offering a new vision of the digital world or an ironic critique of reality, it will feature 10 artists with nearly 40 works of art from all over Russia, commissioned specifically for this exhibition.

This exhibition will include works by eminent artists such as Dmitry Gutov and Alexander Kosolapov, whose collections have been presented at the Museum of Modern Art.

  • February 10 at 3:00 p.m. CET (Public opening): The Aksenov Family Foundation and alterHEN will organize an online vernissage with a presentation of the exhibition by Dmitry Aksenov, founder of the Aksenov Family Foundation and the 10 guest artists (register here)
  • On February 25 at 3 p.m. CET: The exhibition will feature a panel discussion open to the public bringing together key players from the art and crypto worlds to discuss how contemporary art collectors approach NFTs, either from a private foundation perspective , or from a public museum point of view (register here).
