Jakarta (VNA) – The socio-cultural community of ASEAN (CCSA) The council met on March 30 to discuss the strategic issues and orientations of the socio-cultural component.

The Council expressed support for the priorities under the theme of Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2022, “ASEAN ACT: Tackling Challenges Together”, which underscores the spirit of “unity” of ASEAN as a community and common will in a collective effort to meet and overcome the challenges facing the region.

The Board also commended the sector bodies of the ASCC for the speed and important initiatives, as well as the final documents for adoption and rating by the leaders at the next 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits this month of November.

The meeting took note of the efforts made by ASCC Pillar to improve the quality of life of ASEAN people in the
