ConStellation 11 is Lincoln’s annual science fiction and fantasy convention, bringing together people from all walks of life for a weekend of fan-filled fun each year. This year’s theme is “Fandom is Family”.

Exhibition I love my dog

Get ready for two days of family-friendly, dog-friendly fun! I Love My Dog Expo is the perfect opportunity to visit suppliers of dog-related products and services or find your new best friend at one of the many rescue organizations there. There will be entertainment, games, training demonstrations and of course, lots of shopping. It’s also fun for those who don’t have a dog and just want to come see the cool dogs and join in the festivities.

Easter Eggstravaganza 2022 – Christ Square Church

Christ Place Church invites you, your friends and family to join them in this fun event! They will have egg hunts, inflatables, food, giveaways and more. This event takes place at Christ Place Church – Old Cheney Campus and Van Dorn Campus.

Return of the Thunderbirds

Join in the fun of this cultural community event to reconnect us to the earth and to each other. It will be a day celebrating the return of the Thunder Beings – who bring rain and storms for spring – as well as the return of migrating birds to Nebraska. The day will be full of music, food, art, dancing, bird and nature activities and perhaps native plant/seed sales.

Nebraska Trumpet Ensemble presents music for eight trumpets

This recital will feature works such as “Sacrae Symphoniae” by Giovanni Gabrieli, “Sinfonia” from The Barber of Seville by Gioachino Rossini, “Fanfare” by Paul Dukas de La Péri, “Ye Banks and Braes O’ Bonnie Doon” by Percy Grainger and “Semper Fidelis” by John Philippe Sousa.
